About our Bonus/Comp Program - The bonuses/comps are based on net losses, so if your total withdrawals exceed your total deposits, you will be ineligible for extra bonuses/comps since the goal of beating the house was met. We will bonus/comp you whenever your total deposits exceed your total withdrawals. Please note that there are no restrictions for chat game bonuses, so you’ll always be eligible for rewards whenever you play them.
The most important thing to remember when looking for a bonus/comp is that you have to ask for it. Please login to your account and open a help desk ticket to claim your bonus right after you make your deposit*. Just be sure to ask politely - Never demand a bonus/comp as it is a privilege, not a right.
Types of Bonuses/Comps
- Regular Bonus (RB): The standard 50% bonus you will ALWAYS get for your deposits. Plus, it’s fully automated.
- Lifetime Deposit Bonus (LTB): It’s based on the total dollar amount you have deposited since you first registered on the site. There are 5 levels ranging from 110% to 220%. You always get 50% automatically, but the rest of your percentage will be added manually for you only upon request.
Depending on the offer, it applies to certain or all deposits made on weekends. During Holidays and Full Moons the percentages could increase dramatically, so make sure you check the tables every week.
- Special Bonus (SB): These are offered on special occasions. They are not Lifetime Deposit Bonuses so they won’t be based on the total amount you have deposited with the site. Each SB will have its own terms and conditions. You always get 50% automatically and we will add the rest of the bonus manually for you upon request.

Terms of use:
• If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, you will not be eligible to receive deposit bonuses. However you can still accumulate Billy Points™ and redeem them for cash. You will also receive any chat bonuses that you have earned.
• 50% of your deposit is credited automatically by the system but you need to contact us to be credited with the extra bonus. For example, if you deposited $100.00 and you are entitled to receive 110% on your deposits, the system will credit you with $50.00 (or 50%) you’ll need to request one of our Customer Service Representatives to credit you with the remaining bonus %.
• Bonuses are not cumulative. If you do not request your bonus right after you deposit you will lose the right to receive it.
• Lifetime Deposit Bonus and other bonus schemes are subject to changes without prior notice. We highly advise you to check bonus schedule and terms every week in this section.
• Any bonuses that remain in player’s accounts without activity for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and these funds will be deducted from player’s account any time after the 30 days of inactivity.
