IF YOU WANT TO GO AFTER THE $1,000.00 MAIN PRIZE OR ANY OF THE CONSOLATION PRIZES, YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. YOU’LL EARN 1 ENTRY FOR EVERY $25 YOU DEPOSIT WITHIN THE PROMO PERIOD.

ELIGIBILITY: “The Billy’s Touchdown SWEEPSTAKES" ("Sweeps”) is open only to members with one (1) valid account at BingoBilly.com. If the member has or have had multiple account to purposely take advantage of our free trial or to submit more than 1 pick per day, they will be disqualified from the promotion (more on this below).
Staff or "immediate family members" which shall mean parents, step–parents, children, step–children, siblings, step–siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as the potential winners they will be checked to ensure they qualify for the prize. In addition, the site reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and/or disqualify the potential Grand Prizes winner if the results of such check reveal that the entrant and/or potential Grand Prize winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or has been discovered with more than 1 account or multiple entries into the sweepstakes using different accounts.
Each member can only win 1 Consolation Prize during the Daily and Weekly Raffles. All names are added back to the bowl for the $1,000.00 Raffle.
PROMOTION PERIOD: This sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM ET on 09/01/17 and it ends at 12:00PM ET on 09/30/17 (“Promotion Period”)
WINNING AN ENTRY INTO THE $200.00 PRIZE:
Just submit the form when you login for the 1st time during the promo period and let us know what your favorite NFL team is.
LIMIT ONE (1) TRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.
Multiple tries in excess of this limitation or mass attempts using different accounts will result in disqualification of such member. Entry must be manually key–stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
WINNING AN ENTRY INTO THE $1,000.00 PRIZE:
Make a deposit during the promo period and earn 1 entry for every $25 you deposit.
NO LIMIT ON THE AMOUNT OF ENTRIES YOU CAN WIN. THE MORE ENTRIES YOU ACCUMULATE THE MORE CHANCES OF WINNING THE BIG PRIZE.
Note that we’ll use your all your information on file and you MUST ensure the information there is correct. If your phone number, address or email is not valid, you’ll be disqualified so please modify the info on the form and open a Help Desk Ticket to ask CS to help you update your profile so that you qualify for the promotion.
THE SWEEPSTAKE
If a member without a deposit on file during the last 30 days wins a piece of the $200.00 prize, it will be credited as BONUS and cannot be withdrawn. If a member with a deposit on file during the last 30 days wins, it will be credited as cash, only subject to regular withdrawal limits.
The maximum you can withdrawal weekly is $500.00 and $1,000.00 monthly.
All potential winners will be notified by e–mail. With regard to any prize, failure to respond via email to the initial verification e–mail within three (3) business days after notification, or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts may result in forfeiture of winner status and any prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Grand Prize winner and Extra Raffle winners will be required to sign and return, within five (5) business days of notification, an Affirmation of Eligibility and where allowed by law, a Publicity Release. Failure to return the Winner Documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification.
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize is awarded and Prize winners will need to supply proof of identity and legible copy of utility bill showing address and phone number to claim the prize. Ensure the info provided is same as profile information.
By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Site permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winners’ list (if applicable) and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Site’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
