ELIGIBILITY: “The 12-Day Oscars Challenge 2017” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to members with one (1) valid account at BingoBilly.com. If the member has or have had multiple account to purposely take advantage of our free trial or to submit more than 1 pick per day, will be disqualified from the promotion (more on this below).
Staff or “immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live are not eligible to participate on this promotion.
By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, he/she will be checked to ensure it qualifies for the prize. In addition, the site reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and/or disqualify the potential Grand Prize winner if the results of such check reveal that the entrant and/or potential Grand Prize winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or has been discovered more than 1 account or entries into the sweepstakes using different accounts.
OSCAR CHALLENGE PROMOTION PERIOD: This sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM ET on 02/15/17 and it ends at 7:30PM ET on 2/26/17 (“Promotion Period”).
OSCAR CHALLENGE ENTRY: To enter, you must LOGIN DAILY to submit your pick for that day’s ballot. You MUST ensure you submit all 12 picks. Only members that have submitted all 12 picks qualifies for the grand prize.
We’ll only count the categories in which you made a correct prediction as announced at the 89th Academy Awards® scheduled for February 26, 2017.
LIMIT ONE (1) PICK PER DAY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD. You may select only one (1) nominee per category.
Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Note that we’ll use your username, phone and email on file and you MUST ensure the information there is correct. If your phone number or email is not valid, you’ll be disqualified so please modify the info on the form and open a Help Desk Ticket to ask CS to help you update your profile so that you qualify for the promotion.
THE RAFFLE
The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on a LIVE FACEBOOK EVENT on 2/28/17 at 8pm ET. You MUST go to our Facebook Page www.Facebook.com/PLAYBINGOBILLY to watch the live event.
Only qualified members that have 6 or more correct predictions will be added into this Raffle.
After verification of the Grand Prize winner as set forth below, the remaining non-winning eligible entrants from such Grand Prize drawing will be added into the Extra Raffles Drum.
If the prize is won by a non-depositing member the prize will be credited as bonus into the member’s account and the money will be playable only for which we highly advice you to make at least 1 deposit before 8pm ET on February 28th.
If the prize is won by a depositing member without a deposit on file during the last 30 days then we’ll allow the member to make a deposit so that she/he complies with site withdrawal rules of a deposit on file during last 30 days to be able to withdrawal funds from the account.
EXTRA RAFFLES:
Among all qualified members that didn’t make at least 6 correct predictions but that made at least 1 deposit between Feb 15 and 5pm ET on Feb 28th and those that did predict correctly 6 or more but didn’t win the Grand Prize (with or without a deposit on file during the specified dates)
All potential winners will be notified by e-mail. With regard to any prize, failure to respond via email to the initial verification e-mail within three (3) business days after notification, or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts may result in forfeiture of winner status and any prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Grand Prize winner and Extra Raffle winners will be required to sign and return, within five (5) business days of notification, an Affirmation of Eligibility and where allowed by law, a Publicity Release. Failure to return the Winner Documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification.
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize is awarded and First Prize winner will need to supply proof of identity and legible copy of utility bill showing address and phone number to claim the prize. Ensure the info provided is same as profile information.
By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Site permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winners’ list (if applicable) and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Site’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
