All wagering rules apply to prizes won. Top 3 miles collectors will win a prize however if one of them win the big main raffles, then we’ll give the prize to the next eligible member.

The more Miles, the more chances of winning a top prize.

The raffle will be an electronic raffle due to the large number of miles each member will get.

You need at least 1 deposit during the promotion time (12am ET on October 17^th through 8:30pm ET on October 31^st) to qualify for a cash prize and be eligible to cash out.

Members can only win 1 time during the Live Show this includes extra raffles. If a member wins a main prize they will be excluded from extra raffles.

All prizes won are subject to wagering.

Daily FILL UP MY TANK Raffles.

Every day from October 17^th (1^st Raffle happens on October 18^th) and 8pm ET on October 31^st we’ll raffle a chance for you to win all you deposit on the previous day back to your account as CASH.

You’ll win 1 entry for every $30 you deposit between 12am and 11:59pm ET every day and your entries reset daily at 11:59pm ET as the raffles are for current’s day depositors/deposits.

Deadline to earn entries towards the daily prizes is 11:59pm ET. Winner announcement is made during the 1st few hours of the following day.

You can only win 1 x 100% FILL UP MY TANK Raffle during the promo period and you can win as many 25% as you can.

We’ll remove anyone that has deposited that day and has a pending withdrawal or an approved withdrawal that day. If the withdrawal is declined, we’ll add the person into the following’s day raffle.

All terms will apply to members that win this raffle and request a payout later, we’ll be checking where the wins come from and if coming from the cash back, the maximum withdrawal rule of $100 will apply.

Important Note:

Note that although the entries reset daily for this promotion, your deposits are also giving you entries into the $1,000.00 in prizes for the Billy’s Race for the Cure Raffles. So, if you don’t win the FILL UP MY TANK Cash Raffles one day you are still earning chances for cash prizes on October 31^st, day of our Facebook Live Show. The $1,000.00 raffles are only for the ones that filled out the form and deposited between 12am ET on October 17^th and 8:30pm ET on October 31^st.

BY ENTERING THESE PROMOTIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO OUR OFFICIAL RULES.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotions are open only to members with one (1) valid account at BingoBilly.com. If the member has or have had multiple account to purposely take advantage of our free trial or to submit more than 1 entry per day, they will be disqualified from the promotion (more on this below).

Staff or “immediate family members” which shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, he/she will be checked to ensure they qualify for the prize. In addition, the site reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and/or disqualify the potential Grand Prizes winner if the results of such check reveal that the entrant and/or potential Grand Prize winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or has been discovered more than 1 account or entries into the sweepstakes using different accounts.

PROMOTIONS PERIOD: From 12:00AM ET on 10/17/19 and it ends at 8:30PM ET on 10/31/19 (“Promotion Period”).

Multiple tries in excess of this limitation or mass attempts using different accounts will result in disqualification of such member. Entry must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

Note that we’ll use your all your information on file and you MUST ensure the information there is correct. The Facebook Live

The winners will be randomly selected on a FACEBOOK LIVE RAFFLE on 10/31/18 at 8pm ET. You MUST go to our Facebook Group Page www.Facebook.com/groups/BINGOBILLYFRIENDS  to watch the live show so please ensure you join the group.

Only members that chose to participate in the promotions will partake for the prizes BUT everybody that watches the show LIVE will win a prize.

The maximum you can withdraw weekly is $500.00 and $1,000.00 monthly.

Extra Raffles:

We’ll hold extra raffles among all members that reserve a seat into the Live Show and that are actually watching the show live.
All extra raffles are credit as bonuses. Members without a deposit on file during last 30 days cannot cash out.
Regular wagering applies to this bonus.

Verification:

All potential winners will be notified by e-mail. With regard to any prize, failure to respond via email to the initial verification e-mail within three (3) business days after notification, or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts may result in forfeiture of winner status and any prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Grand Prize winner and Extra Raffle winners will be required to sign and return, within five (5) business days of notification, an Affirmation of Eligibility and where allowed by law, a Publicity Release. Failure to return the Winner Documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification.

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize is awarded and Prize winners will need to supply proof of identity and legible copy of utility bill showing address and phone number to claim the prize. Ensure the info provided is same as profile information.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Site permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winners’ list (if applicable) and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Site’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
